New Guided Character Creation

There are lots of changes in this update. There's some updates throughout the UI that should make interactions easier. The big news though, is a brand new Guided Character Creation system. This takes you step by step through the major decisions to quickly and easily create your character. Once you've finished you can go into the advanced editor mode (or the old editor) and tweak the details to get it just right.
